Photo Permission

Photo permission prompt will update the user if they would like to grant access to one or more specific photos, grant access to all photos, or decline this permission. A user who is simply trying to upload one specific photo may choose only to grant access to that photo. 

iOS Settings app Privacy

Users can change their access from settings in the iOS Settings app Privacy → Photos  → App Name. Users can choose options: Selected Photos, All Photos, or None.
