About the Client

Birlasoft collaborated in the development of the Graber Visualizer, which is an innovative augmented reality technology used to revolutionize the way customers purchase custom window treatments. Graber is a renowned manufacturer of blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery solutions, featuring thousands of product variations in fabrics, colour options, textures, and light control.

Buying custom window treatment can be a complicated task due to difficulties that customers encounter trying to visualize how each product will look in their home environment.

Conventional shopping approaches using catalogues, physical samples, and dealer consultations typically do not provide sufficient certainty for the customers regarding their purchases.

In order to increase certainty in purchasing decisions, the client wanted a digital visualizer that would help customers visualize the product in their home environment before the purchase is made.
